- Manual or automatic heavy-duty doors
- Built for high-cycle industrial duty
Overview
Why our goods & freight range
Freight lifts earn their keep on availability. Ours are specified for continuous industrial duty — reinforced car platforms, chequered-plate flooring, heavy-gauge structures and doors sized for pallet trucks and stackers.
Where cycle counts are high we specify oversized machines and contactors so the lift is running well inside its duty rating rather than at the edge of it.
Typical applications

- Warehouses and cold storage
- Godowns and distribution centres
- Retail backrooms and loading bays

Features
What is inside the specification
The engineering decisions that make the difference between a lift that works and a lift that keeps working.
Reinforced car and sling
Box-section car frames with double-channel slings, kick-plate protection and bumper rails to survive daily trolley and forklift contact.
Door options for material handling
Heavy-duty centre-opening, telescopic two- and three-panel, or vertical bi-parting doors with wide clear openings for pallets.
Overload protection
Load-cell weighing with audible overload warning that prevents car start — protecting the machine, ropes and structure.
Levelling accuracy
Closed-loop VVVF control holds the car within ±3 mm of the landing so pallet trucks roll on and off without a lip.
Questions
Goods & Freight FAQs
Cannot find your question? Call us — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.
What is the largest capacity you build?
Standard freight range runs to 5 tonnes. Higher capacities are engineered project-by-project — send us the load, cycle rate and shaft dimensions and we will quote a design.
Traction or hydraulic for a two-floor factory lift?
For two or three levels with heavy loads and low cycle counts, hydraulic is usually the more economical choice. For higher cycles or more floors, traction wins on running cost.
